The olive crop, at Dar Diamar, provides 120 to 200 litres per year of a superb biological olive oil that we sell by the litre.
Our olives are squeezed in a traditional mill and never mixed with fruits not coming from our property.
Knocked down by hand (crop on the trees) traditional stone grinding, squeezed in palmtree baskets, by hand, decanting and, at last oil collection.
Pomegranate collection happens at the end of August. It varies greatly in quantity according to the years. Figues are collected at the end of July, in small quantities. The grape crop is very limited and is collected in July. According to the years, our palm trees produce dates at the end of August.
